The links on this page take you lists of micro-cap stocks in the respective category. These micro-cap stocks have a market capitalization under three hundred million dollars. While there is not one universally accepted standard used in determining what capitalization level actually constitutes a micro-cap stock, the three hundred million dollar cutoff is perhaps the most common threshold used in the financial community. However, it should be noted that many ETF providers, financial professionals and other classification systems may use different capitalization levels.
In order to make some of the larger sections more manageable, we have created nano-cap pages for these categories. The companies in these nano-cap sections have a market capitalization under 50 million dollars. We update these pages at the start of every month so it is possible that a stock’s market cap might fall below two billion or go above ten billion dollars between updates.
