The NASDAQ 100

The NASDAQ 100 is comprised of the 100 largest (by market capitalization) companies listed on the NASDAQ. While the NASDAQ 100 is technology heavy, it also includes companies in other industries, including healthcare, consumer services, telecommunications and industrials but specifically excludes companies in the financial industry. The index is weighted using a modified capitalization methodology.
