List of Publicly Traded Women’s Clothing Stores Listed on U.S. Exchanges

If you shop for women’s clothing you will likely recognize numerous brand names on this list. Even if you do not avidly shop, it would be hard not to recognize many of the brand names on this list as there are over 10,000 women’s apparel stores collectively operated by these companies. Some of these stores sell fashion merchandise for all types of women and age groups, while other stores have a targeted demographic they are attempting to attract. For example, Ascena Retail Group owns (ASNA) Lane Bryant which caters to plus-size women and they also own Justice which targets girls between the ages of 7 and 12.
