Most of these companies have a property portfolio that consists of anywhere from 10 to 50 million square feet of rentable space primarily located in the United States. However some of the larger industrial REITs exceed this number by a good margin. For example, Liberty Property Trust (LPT) has have 100 million square feet and the largest company on this list, ProLogis (PLD), has over 590 million.
